As a staffing company we are proud to say that we treat our workers the best in the business and try our absolute best to make sure every work day is a great day. There are many advantages to working with Monardo’s; We never have and never will pay minimum wage. Our shifts are flexible and the locations we work at are all throughout the GTA.
We have a lot of shifts at different venues and you have the freedom to pick whichever venue you like! On a final note we make sure to treat all races and faces the same. We make sure that all genders are paid fairly and are given an equal opportunity to succeed within the company. Our Recruitment Process
At Monardo’s we have a three step recruitment process that all new team members must go through. Once we receive your application the first step is being registered for an over the phone interview that roughly takes ten to fifteen minutes. If you pass the first step then you are referred to come in for an in person interview where we will ask you about your previous work experience, your availability, and lastly how committed you are to working with Monardo’s.
Lastly, if you have passed the in person interview we will then register you for a hands on training shift to see if your skills are transferable to your work. If you pass the training session the job is yours! You will receive a Welcome to the Team package as well as the Employment Terms & Conditions through an email from our lovely staff at Monardo’s Services. After the recruitment process is finished you’re more than welcome to start picking up shifts!
